A popular out-and-back walk from Vernet-les-Bains to some spectacular waterfalls in the gorge of the River St-Vincent. (Note that, for safety reasons, the route may be officially closed in winter months, and possibly at other times. If so, a notice will probably be posted at the car park (point 5)).

- A road junction. We go to the left...We climb a stone staircase on the right.
- We cross a road and we climb another stone staircase.
- We meet another road (the 'Chemin de la Forêt et du Saint Vincent') and we go to the right... The road enters a forest.
- Car park, and a notice board with information about the waterfalls. The road becomes a track.
- Bifurcation. We go straight ahead.
- Footpath, on the right. We follow this path...We enter the gorge...We cross a footbridge.
